FHO Family Physician Opportunity
If you're looking for an opportunity to establish your own family practice within a newly renovated suite located in downtown Pembroke, Ontario, then look no further! Working within a FHO alongside our FHT means you will have the support of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals that includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, a dietician, chiropodist, and a respiratory therapist who can all help to provide a holistic approach to wellness that better serves your patients and their healthcare needs. Hospital privileges are available, including but not limited to: ER shifts, Hospitalist, Surgical Assist, Obstetrics, and Chemo Call.
Our FHO has a Blended Capitation Model, with available financial incentives for eligible physicians that establish a full-time practice (The Northern and Rural Recruitment and Retention, or NRRR).
