Registered Chiropodist
Chiropody Clinic
The chiropody service offers complete foot assessments, preventive education, as well as treatment for several conditions such as corns, warts, calluses, fungal infections, ingrown toenails, thick toenails, foot/toe deformities, heel/foot pain and foot ulcers.

Memory Clinic*
Our memory clinic is a comprehensive assessment of those individuals who may be experiencing some memory impairment. A full cognitive assessment, including driving safety, is conducted. Familial support resources are provided, and the overall goal of this clinic is to help those with memory difficulties maintain their independence and quality of life.

Working With Emotions DBT Program
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) was originally developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan, and is considered to be an effective therapy in helping people manage overwhelming emotions. This is a 12-week group program that requires referral from your primary care provider.

Moderate to High Mobility Exercise Class
Senior's fitness classes are provided by our two certified Seniors Fitness Instructors. Classes are currently being held online, but will resume in-person following our re-opening plan. Ask your provider about this class and any other fitness class.

Low Mobility Exercise Class
The low mobility class is suitable for those who wish to be more mobile, steady, and maintain their independence and functional abilities. Classes are ongoing on Wednesdays from 11 AM-12PM. For an example of one of our low mobility classes - click here.
Functional Fitness

This class incorporates functional exercises that will promote flexibility, strength building, and balance which will help participants with activities of daily living.
Falls Prevention

This program is very popular because it's fun! It is based on education and exercise sessions that help seniors reduce the risk of falls, and increase their independence again.
Smoking Cessation (Quit Support)*

This program provides education, support, and counselling to those individuals interested in quitting smoking or reducing the harm from smoking. Our two trained counsellors follow the Ottawa Model for Smoking Cessation (OMSC) guidelines. Options for treatment are detailed and free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is also available.
Healthy Eating Program

Our registered dietitian and certified diabetes instructor offers nutrition counselling for a variety of health issues including diabetes, pre-diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, weight management, gastrointestinal health, osteoporosis, fatty liver, anemia, GERD, gout, and metabolic syndrome.
